Hi Andrea,

Barbara and have been waiting for two weeks for someone to come out and show us some other carpet and have yet to hear from anyone.

The first installation included bad Berber (tan) carpet, bad padding (both down and upstairs) bad blue (streaked and stained) carpet and the whole downstairs was replaced. The upstairs carpet was also inspected and, as I observed,  was found by the inspector, to be defective also and needs to be replaced (along with the padding) all of which you should be reimbursed for from the manufacturer. As you know the "newly replaced" downstairs Tan Berber is now scheduled to be replaced again because of gaps and (holes) in the pile. About two weeks ago, I noticed the newly "replaced" blue Berber also has issues where the pile is detaching and sticking up, as shown by the above video. This defects are NOT in the seams. Since this showed up in just a couple a couple weeks of the installation,  there is no way this stuff is even going to last a year. So as it is now, you are going to do the whole job over again, with the exception of the padding downstairs.

This has now been going on for months now. Barb and are both 75 years old now and just want to put the rooms back together and get on with what's left of our lives. We DO NOT want to wait, then go through yet another whole house install as we now have no reason to believe the "next" stuff will be any better. I'm sure you understand.

What we want is a full refund, and leave everything as it is and still be friends. :o)
